I am currently living in a sober living home and recently broke my right ankle and left foot. This past Monday, I had surgery to repair my right ankle. This injury has made things incredibly difficult for me, especially as I work hard to maintain my sobriety and rebuild my life.

Because of my injuries, I won't be able to work for at least 8 weeks. The funds raised will help me cover my living expenses, pay rent at sober living, buy groceries, and manage transportation since I won't be able to drive. They will also help with medical bills and getting to and from my meetings and doctor appointments, which are crucial for my recovery.

Also, I need to get special medical equipment for my recovery from surgery and they aren't covered by my insurance. I need the special bag that goes over my cast when I shower. I'm so incredibly stressed out about all of this! I just dont know what else to do.

I recently celebrated 5 months sober on 4/7/2026, and this setback has really put me in a bind. Any support means the world to me right now as I try to stay positive and focused on my recovery. Thank you for considering helping me during this challenging time.
