Hi everyone, my name is Lindsay. I started this GoFundMe for my mom who is extremely sick in the ICU. She has been battling severe pneumonia and sepsis, and her condition has caused serious complications that require long-term hospitalization and specialist care.

My mom is currently being treated in Alabama, but she needs to be transferred to a hospital closer to me in Atlanta so I can be by her side every day, advocate for her care, and help her through recovery. The doctors said the safest option is an ambulance transport, but the cost is extremely high and not covered.

As her daughter, I’m also taking on all of her bills while she is hospitalized and unable to work or manage anything herself. I am doing everything I can, but with the travel back and forth from Georgia to Alabama daily, missed work, and expenses piling up, I’m financially overwhelmed.
