I am reaching out to friends and family to help someone near and dear to my heart in their ongoing struggles with chronic migraines and other debilitating physical issues.

My sister Lindsay has been dealing with almost daily occipital migraines for 22 months straight. Some short periods of relief have been offset and undone by the requirements of her job and other factors.

These migraines (as well as rotator cuff injury from a fall) have been a great burden financially and certain things that have been helpful in the past such as nerve blocks and physical therapy, and other interventions can be expensive.

We all know how unfair our insurance industry can be- as well as not having financial security or protection in affording food, housing costs and the cost of activities of daily life.

I am reaching to help give hope to Lindsay that some added financial security will provide her with the path to getting her health back and reduced financial burden.
