If you know Lindsay Littrell, you know the magic they bring into the world.
You also know that Lindsay has spent years pouring their heart into activism, community organizing, and using their singing voice as a tool for liberation and healing. Whether performing as a recording artist, offering music at rallies, or lifting spirits with songs that carry truth and hope, Lindsay’s art has always doubled as activism. They show up — fiercely, creatively, and with a deep commitment to collective care.
Now we have the chance to show up for them.
In November, Lindsay received a diagnosis none of us ever want to hear: breast cancer. True to who they are, they’ve met this moment with a blend of bravery, vulnerability, and radical truth-telling about how it actually feels to be human in the middle of something terrifying.
After a wave of tests and impossible waiting, Lindsay finally got the news their heart had been holding its breath for: they do not carry the BRCA genes. Treatment will include a lumpectomy and radiation. In Lindsay’s own words, they are “weeping with gratitude and relief.”
Now comes the healing — and the part where community gets to show up.
Why We’re Asking for Support
As Lindsay begins treatment, the medical bills, daily expenses, and monthly costs don’t pause. Cancer care is expensive, exhausting, and time-consuming. We want to create a little breathing room, a little softness, and a lot of support so Lindsay can focus on healing, resting, and receiving care without financial fear.
We’re hoping to raise $5,000 to help cover:
Medical bills and treatment costs
Rent and basic living expenses
Nutrition support during recovery
The practical things that let someone rest, recover, and feel held
Why Your Help Matters
Lindsay gives so much of themself — to friends, to community, to the world. This is our chance to give that love back. Every contribution (big, small, or in-between) directly supports their healing, their stability, and the gentle, steady return to wholeness.
If you’re able, please donate. If you can’t donate, please share. And if you have a moment, send Lindsay a note of love or a wish for ease — trust us, they’ll feel it.
Thank you for helping hold Lindsay through this chapter.
Healing is never a solo journey, and we’re grateful you’re part of theirs.
