Linda, my sister, was diagnosed with Addison disease several months ago. Since then, she has faced a series of challenging symptoms, including depression, nausea, severe fatigue, and swelling. Recently, her condition worsened, leading to a sudden crash that required an emergency room visit. During her hospital stay, Linda was also diagnosed with thyroid disease. She has now spent the past two weeks in the hospital, where she has needed oxygen, chest tubes, and multiple procedures to remove fluid from her lungs. Throughout this time, she has been unable to move on her own, but thanks to the dedication of her physical and occupational therapists, she is now able to move around her hospital room with assistance.

This journey has been incredibly difficult for Linda, both physically and emotionally.
