Support Linda's Recovery from Cancer

Our mom, Linda, is in great need of financial help. If you know her well, you know she is one of the most selfless and kind people you could ever meet and would never ask for help in a million years, so that is why Tyler and I are doing this for her.

Since last April, she has broken 10 vertebrae. She was then diagnosed with Multiple Myeloma after a failed spinal repair surgery and had chemo/immunotherapy for 16 weeks followed by a stem cell transplant with three weeks in the hospital. Her prognosis is good but slow and long. Mom is a real estate agent and had very limited ability last year to work and will not for several months going forward. Her treatment has left her with no functional immune system right in the middle of flu and winter illness season, and she is not currently very mobile until her spine fully heals. Her last paycheck was in November and there is no current estimate on when her immune system and spine will be healed enough to work again.

We would like to help Mom just focus on getting well and not worry about how she will pay her bills. The doctors have said reducing stress as much as possible is very key in her recovery and healing. We are trying to collect enough funds to cover six months of her mortgage, utilities, and groceries, as well as helping her afford care for our 99-year-old grandmother that lives with her.
