On June 29th, 2026, our world shifted. My mom, Linda, was admitted to the hospital after alarming blood work sent her to the ER. After days of tests and a biopsy, we received news on July 3rd that the damage to my mom’s kidneys is irreversible and she will need a kidney transplant.

As we begin this journey, I’m reaching out for financial support to help my parents shoulder what’s coming. The costs will build quickly, not only the medical bills, but the travel expenses as well. My parents will need to make repeated trips to Miami to meet with my mom’s transplant team. Anything I can do to ease the stress during this time for my parents I want to do.
