Support Linda's Healing Journey and Family

Linda Hernández was my (Ricky’s) nanny while growing up in El Salvador. She took care of my brother and me for several years, always attending to us with much love and care as a second mother.

Linda has a beautiful heart. She always gave more than she had. She’s widowed and takes care of her young boy and mother by herself. Last year she was diagnosed with breast cancer and got a mastectomy on the affected breast. Unfortunately, doctors have found a second tumor. Surgery to remove the tumor would cost $2000, far beyond her budget in our country where the minimum wage is $365/mo.
