Linda and I have been friends since 7th grade, and throughout high school we were inseparable. Over the years, I’ve seen firsthand how dedicated, hardworking, and compassionate she is. Linda has always been the kind of person who puts others first, offering her support and kindness to anyone in need.

Since Covid, Linda has faced a season of hard times. Despite her tireless work ethic, she’s been struggling to make ends meet. There have been many days when she’s had to choose between paying bills and eating a meal. It’s heartbreaking to see someone so giving and resilient face such difficult circumstances, especially after losing her parents and having to navigate life on her own for nearly a decade.

A few years ago, Linda rescued her beloved dog, Bluey. Bluey was emaciated, severely injured, and in desperate need of a loving home. As a lifelong dog lover, Linda opened her heart and home to Bluey, and the two have been inseparable ever since. Bluey is not just a pet, but Linda’s companion, source of comfort, and family.
