Support Lincoln's Journey to a Healthy Head Shape

All pride aside, we need some help for our son..

At 4 months old, I took Lincoln to the doctors and he was diagnosed with severe Torticollis and plagiocephaly which means his head shape is not the way it should be. His torticollis has gotten better tremendously by at home exercises.

We’ve been denied by state insurance not once but TWICE. I’ve gone to the extent of changing insurance plans and making as many phone calls to get my son provided this helmet. It’s been incredibly difficult for us.

After meeting with cranial technologies we learned that Lincoln is flat on one side of his head, this is also rearranging the shape of his chin and other features on his face. With the initial cost of the helmet due to insurance not covering and being a stay at home mom - we cannot afford it on our own. With his severe diagnosis, he was recommended he would need a doc band 6-8 weeks to get his head shape where it needs to be at.

We’ve been fighting this journey for the past couple of months and Lincoln is now going on 7 months. We are asking for any help towards my son’s doc helmet treatment. ❤️
