Help Lincoln Get the Care and Support He Desperately Needs
My sweet son Lincoln is facing a battle no child should ever have to fight. He suffers from recurring seizures that have become so severe, they’ve required emergency CPR on multiple occasions. Lincoln has a rare form of Epilepsy called Lennox Gastaut Syndrome which is extremely medication resistant. As a parent, it’s a nightmare we live with daily—watching helplessly, never knowing when the next seizure might strike.
Lincoln has been diagnosed with epilepsy, and while we are doing everything we can medically, he needs more support to stay safe and thrive. One vital resource that could truly change his life is an epilepsy service dog—specially trained to detect seizures, provide alerts, and offer comfort and safety during and after episodes. These incredible dogs are life-saving companions, but they come with a high cost that insurance doesn't cover.
We’re humbly asking for your help. Donations will go toward Lincoln’s ongoing medical expenses, missed work due to appointments and hospitalization, and the training and acquisition of his service dog. The multiple rounds of CPR has led to him being afraid to go in a room by himself to include his own bedroom. He is afraid if he has a seizure and no one is around he will die. So our hope is with the service dog he can become a normal boy who can play and sleep on his own. So many have asked about a GoFundMe so we decided to set one up. Thank you for all of your love, support, and prayers. Every dollar brings us closer to giving Lincoln a safer, more stable life.
Please consider contributing—no amount is too small. If you’re unable to give, sharing this message with others is just as meaningful.
From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for standing with Lincoln.
