Support Lincoln's Battle with a Brain Tumor

Story

Hi everyone, my name is Lincoln Woody, and I am 24 years old. I am in nursing school, and I've worked at a Long Term Acute Care Hospital (LTACH) for almost 3 years. Last semester I was diagnosed with a brain tumor. I had surgery on December 10th, 2024, to remove the tumor, but unfortunately my biomarkers are still showing that it's active. My doctors decided that radiation would be the best option. I started my 6 week radiation plan (30 treatments) on Monday, April 21st. Radiation has made me very tired, and between the symptoms from the tumor itself, the radiation, and full-time nursing school, I am having a hard time working and covering my expenses. Driving an hour each way to my radiation appointments has cost me a large amount of money in gas, and it’s becoming very hard to afford my medications. I graduate nursing school in two weeks, and I have done my very best to continue to work throughout school, but I’ve reached a point where I have to ask for help. All proceeds will go directly towards my medical expenses, such as my medications, appointment co-pays, scans, and transportation needs. I appreciate any help that I can get to ease some of this burden over the next few months as I receive and recover from these treatments.
