Hi! I’m Stephanie and I’m a Mom & advocate for my daughter with chronic kidney disease. I’m here on GoFundMe humbly asking for donations. Lily has lived her entire life with this disease but wasn’t aware until she was 16 years old and diagnosed with stage 3 Chronic Kidney Disease.

January 2023 Lily found out she was pregnant with our first grandchild. Every Dr & Specialist told her she should abort as she could lose not only her life but the babies life. Lily Mae Coon chose life and at 32 weeks, Hudson Red came into our lives and we are forever changed. He is now 8 months old and almost 20 lbs. God is good.

Unfortunately, the stress of the birth has thrown Lily into stage 5 and needing a life saving kidney transplant.

Lily hasn’t worked since giving birth as her health has dropped tremendously over the last 8 months. I applied for disability for her in Nov 2023 but a decision hasn’t been made yet.

I am humbly coming to my friends and family to donate to Lily’s lifesaving kidney transplant.

• Medical travel and temporary lodging while Lily (and donor) are being listed/tested for transplant.

• Medical travel and temporary lodging while Lily (and donor) receive/give transplant.

• Mileage, tolls, and parking fees for transplant-related medical travel.

• Caregiver costs, including lost work.

• Living donor costs, including lost work, transplant testing, and post-transplant medical care.

• Post-transplant immunosuppressants, which a transplant recipient must take for the rest of their life.
