It takes incredible courage to go without your parents — but that’s Lilly.

Next week, she’s heading to Honduras on a mission trip with her church, 26 others, and a dear family friend. She said yes to this opportunity with so much faith and excitement — ready to serve, love, and grow.

Her Yaya and Poppy (my parents) generously stepped in to sponsor her, and it reminded me of something so special about Lilly — she’s always had people cheering her on.

Time and time again, people show up for her.

Whether she’s raising money for orphanages in Uganda, clean water systems in other countries, or helping with local outreaches — her community has always rallied behind her. This is just one more opportunity to do that again.
