Today, we want to come together to support Lilian B. Juarez Moran, one of our coworkers, who is facing a situation that has profoundly impacted her family.

Her 17-year-old daughter recently suffered a stroke. As if that weren't enough, she faced a second episode caused by an infection, which required a second high-risk surgery. In a few months, she will need a third intervention to continue her treatment and recovery.

These events don't just have a temporary impact; they often leave a lasting mark on family dynamics and force us to confront the grief of seeing our loved ones change in unimaginable ways.

We are organizing this to help Lilian navigate this difficult time alongside her daughter. Every gesture matters, and together, we can create meaningful change.
