On June 26th, my daughter Lila was in a serious car accident at 2am. She went off the road and rolled her car, resulting in a fractured left ankle, fractured right heel, and a broken wrist. Lila is currently in the hospital and will need surgery in the coming weeks to repair her wrist. The accident has turned our world upside down, and we’re facing a long road to recovery.

Lila has always had a huge heart and is the first to help others in need. She recently lost her job and was set to start a new one in two weeks, but her injuries will keep her from working for the foreseeable future. Lila is a talented artist who loves to draw and paint, and she means everything to our family. As her parent, I want to do everything I can to support her through this difficult time.

With my recent job change, our previous insurance will end at the end of June, leaving us with overwhelming medical bills, surgery costs, and the expense of a 40-mile ambulance ride. On top of that, Lila has rent and utilities due soon, and she’ll need to replace her car. The financial stress is immense, especially with Lila unable to work and her boyfriend doing his best to support her.
