Hello everyone, my name is Emily and I’m currently in desperate need of help. As most of you know, Lilah is my baby and I wouldn’t trade her for anything in this world. From one day to the next, she just stopped being her usual happy self. When I took her to the vet due to her being super inactive, I was not ready for the news I received that left a huge hole in my heart. Lilah was diagnosed with CKD, which is short for chronic kidney failure. Unfortunately, I could not afford the massive vet bill if I had her hospitalized the same day, but I wish I could’ve. She is dealing with anemia and the toxins in her blood are extremely high. She is super lethargic and hasn’t been using the bathroom or eating as she typically does or even at all for hours. I am desperate and I’m begging for anyone with a kind heart to help me in any way possible so I can be able to get her the proper treatment and aftercare she needs. I am treating her at home with IV, but it isn’t doing much; she needs critical hospitalization. Due to not having enough funds, the vets can’t do much even if they see the pet in massive pain, which is detrimental. Thank you for your time if you made it to the end.
