Hi everyone,
My name is Natalie, and I’m raising funds to help my sweet dog Lilah, a loving 11-year-old Weimaraner mix, fight stage 3 lymphoma.
I adopted Lilah when she was just 3 months old, and she’s been my best friend and constant companion ever since. Even now, at 11, she’s full of energy, love, and that playful spark that makes every day brighter.
Recently, Lilah was diagnosed with lymphoma after lab work and an ultrasound confirmed enlarged lymph nodes. Thankfully, her organs are all functioning normally, which gives her a great chance to respond well to treatment — but time is critical.
She’s already received an initial dose of L-asparaginase, a chemotherapy drug that helps fight lymphoma cells, and started prednisone. The early results have been so encouraging — she’s feeling better, eating well, and acting more like herself again. However, this treatment was just the first step. To continue fighting and have the best possible outcome, Lilah needs to start full chemotherapy within the next week.
The total cost of her treatment is estimated to be around $15,000. I’ve used all of my savings to cover diagnostics, tests, and her first treatment, but I’ve now reached the point where I need help to keep giving her the care she deserves.
Lilah has been the biggest blessing and sweetest companion a dog parent could ask for — she’s been by my side through every chapter of life in my 20's. I want to give her every chance to keep living the happy, loving life she still has ahead of her.
If you’re able to contribute, even a small amount, it would mean the world to us. And if you can’t donate, please consider sharing Lilah’s story to help us reach others who might be able to help.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart for reading and for caring about Lilah.
With love and gratitude,
Natalie & Lilah
