A warm thank you on behalf of our class for the outpouring amount of support you have already shown by donating or sharing our fundraiser.

Your kindness and generosity has been a true beacon of light!

We are a little over 20% of our goal so please keep sharing! There is no small amount, anything helps tremendously!

Many of you have reached out in order to ask where to send clothes or other physical donations, as of now, most of the families are still figuring out more permanent relocations, so the most efficient way to help in the time being is to share our fundraiser.

Sofia and the LILA 1st grade class.

Dear friends,

My name is Sofia k. Dolas, my husband Thomas and our son Noah are residents of Pasadena CA.

Alongside the other families of the 1st graders from the LILA school in Pasadena, we are coming together and raising funds in support of our dear friends and classmates who have tragically lost their homes in the Eaton fire.

All of these 5 families (the R., the H., the B., the A. And the B., we decided collectively to keep their names private as they navigate this incredibly challenging time) have small children and had barely time to evacuate. Like many, they lost everything.

Those families have always been a part of what make our community special, kind, generous and always involved in helping others, today they need our help.

Every contribution, no matter the size will help.

These funds, which will be amongst the families, will assist with needs that are not covered by other sources of aid.

Some of the funds will be used towards purchasing elements of comforts for the children (toys, books, backpacks…).
