Hi, I am Grandma Vicky and my 3 grandchildren's chihuahua, Lil Leesi, was hit by a car while crossing the street on her leash. She was a little slow behind my grandson in their apartment complex, and the impatient guest backed into her. Fortunately, it was not my grandson!
