Hi, my name is Porschea, and I’m a hardworking ISS teacher and mom of four amazing kids ages 10, 7, and 4-year-old twins. Every day, I show up for my students and my children with love, patience, and faith, even when life feels overwhelming.

Right now, I’m going through a storm in my life emotionally, mentally, and financially. My paychecks are around $863, but $444 goes straight to childcare and after-school care for my little ones. That leaves me struggling to cover everything else from gas and bills to groceries and daily needs.

I’m doing my best. I pick up DoorDash and Uber whenever I can, and I never stop trying to provide a better life for my kids. But some days, no matter how much I work, it still feels like I’m drowning.

This GoFundMe is my way of asking for a little light during a dark time a helping hand so I can catch my breath and get back on my feet.
