Background

My name is Drew Ellis, and I am raising money to shoot my first short film, Light Blue. Inspired by my own relationship with my siblings, Light Blue is a narrative family-drama about two estranged siblings embarking on a road trip across the country.

As this is my final year as an undergraduate at Vanderbilt University, I want to create a film that is both personal and professionally crafted. Light Blue will be a collaborative effort, combining the skills and talents of my friends and fellow student filmmakers.
