Hello everyone this has been a rough road for myself medically . With seizures and lots of brain problems, as you all know I have beed waiting for brain surgery and it has finally come .

This surgery will change my whole life . My quality of life is very love .

We are asking for donations to help pay for my part of the brain surgery , we need help with getting to the surgery Wich is 8 hours away.

Dan my fiance and my 10 year old daughter , will need help with funds to make sure they have a place to stay and for food while I am recovering from surgery . It could take up to 3 weeks before I can leave the hospital .

I have waited years for the moment I can tell kids,friends,family that I'm going to get better I'm not going to suffer anymore.
