Hi, my name is Libby, and I’m reaching out with an open heart to ask for your support as I work to overcome some big health challenges.

I’m 23 years old and have worked so hard to improve my health. Over the last few years, I’ve lost more than 100 pounds, something I’m so proud of. But with this weight loss has come excess skin that causes daily pain, sores, and infections that impact my physical and mental well-being. Doctors have recommended removal surgery to help me heal fully and live comfortably.

Recently, I was also diagnosed with new medical issues that have made this time especially difficult. Despite working at Disneyland, studying communications, and doing everything I can to save, the costs of surgery and ongoing treatment are overwhelming.

I am so thankful to have the support of my mom and sister, who are contributing whatever they can, but I can’t do this alone.

If you know me, you know I’m a kind, determined person who loves life’s simple joys—painting, sewing, coloring, crocheting, spending time with dogs and animals, taking walks on the beach, and discovering new foods and adventures. I also have a huge love for musicals, which always lifts my spirits.

I am just a few steps away from finishing my degree, and I dream of starting the next chapter of my life healthier, more confident, and ready to give back to others as much as I can.
