Hey Everyone! We are raising money for our dear friends, Libby and Steve Edwards.

Libby recently found out that she has cancer - she beat extra abdominal Desmond fibromatosis and polysistic kidney cancer years ago, but sadly, it is now in another part of her body. The Dr's call it oncocytic thyroid carcinoma - also known as Hurthle cell carcinoma. It is both rare and aggressive.

She will have several appointments, including MRIs, CT Scan, Scope to check her voice box, and a PET Scan to scan her bones and blood, all at U of M over the next several months. Her next appt is April 8th.

We are raising money to help cover travel expenses, medical expenses and also to help them purchase food for their pets. Her husband has had several health issues and is on disability. Libby is on step 3 of 5 of the application process for SSI.

We have known both Libby and Steve for years. They have helped countless people over the years, including us and those we fundraise for. If you are able to donate, please do. Every little bit helps and is so appreciated.

Libby has always worked hard but is physically struggling now because of these health issues.
