Hello,

My name is Jadine Muolo. I am a mother to a sweet 3 year old boy (Greyson) along with my 8 year old emotional support fur baby (Liam).

On April 13th, 2026 Liam suddenly became violently ill. He began vomiting and aggressively bleeding from his rectum. He stopped eating, drinking, and became very lethargic due to his state. I rushed Liam to the vet, who immediately sent us to VEG ER in mount pleasant for emergency hospitalization. He was severely dehydrated and had a significant amount of blood loss. For hours, I was unsure if Liam was going to make it through the night. I was absolutely beside myself, terrified I would loose the one soul who has been through my side through everything.

Liam has been my lifeline through some of the hardest years of my life. He isn't "just a pet" -- he is the reason I have made it through moments I didn't think I would survive. He has been my comfort, my stability & my constant companion.

After two days of continuous medical attention, Liam is now home, resting, and on multiple medications for continued outpatient care. I am praying he pulls through but the emergency vet bills have already climbed to $3,000. As a single parent, I simply can not afford this on my own. Liam can still have complications & is going to still need follow up care. I am not usually the one to ask for help, Liam is a family member and we would do anything for him.
