The son of our dear friends is enduring a deeply challenging and devastating journey. We are creating this GoFundMe to support an incredible 14-year-old teenager and his loving family during the most difficult time of their lives. Recently, Liam Dangalan was diagnosed with a high-grade glioma, an aggressive type of brain tumor. They received news today that his tumor is inoperable. At this time, the prognosis is grim. He will start radiation this week, 1/5/2026.

At just 14 years old, he should be focused on school, friends, basketball, football, and dreaming about the future—not hospital visits, treatments, and uncertainty. Yet through it all, Liam has shown extraordinary faith, courage, strength, and resilience beyond his years.

This beautiful child is surrounded by a devoted mom (Aimee) and dad (Dustin) and two loving siblings (Ethan and Owen) who cherish every moment together. Their family is close-knit, faith-based, and grounded in prayer, but the emotional and financial weight of this journey is heavy now and going forward. This diagnosis has turned their world upside down, emotionally and financially. One or both of his parents have had to step away from work to be by his side, while medical appointments, treatments, travel, and everyday bills continue to add up.
