Support Liam McBride's Community Garden eagle scout project

My name is Liam McBride, and I am a Life Scout from Troop 73 in Suffolk, VA. I am currently raising funds to create a community garden for Magnolia Methodist Church, our Troop's charter organization, in hopes of earning the rank of Eagle Scout. This project is important to me because I want to give back to the church and its members that have been such a big part of my scouting experience. Without the support of the church and its members, I wouldn't have had the opportunities that made me who I've grown to be. The garden that I have planned will consist of 6 raised garden beds on the church's property. The garden will serve as a place for parishioners to grow both food and flowers for their own use as well as provide fresh produce for the church's monthly community food pantry outreach. This garden will become a place where members can experience the benefits of gardening in a safe and accessible space. Gardening is beneficial for both physical and mental health, and I truly believe that my project will make a positive impact. Thank you so much for your support!
