Hi, my name is Maria Holdsworth. My 18-year-old niece, Lexi Papcunik, was in a horrific ATV accident tonight. She has been life-flighted to Pittsburgh in critical condition. She suffered extensive injuries, is intubated on a ventilator, has bilateral collapsed lungs, upper and lower jaw broken, extreme liver lacerations, and has received numerous units of blood. She is heading into surgery now. She will be in the ICU in Pittsburgh for a minimum of a week, pending surgeries, and will need a ton of therapy.

Right before the holidays, our family is hit now with extensive medical bills, travel expenses, etc. I have been asked by my family to put this page together for her and these added expenses.
