Our Anna community has always shown up for one another in times of need, and today is one of those moments. Lewis Copeland and Marissa Gonzalez, a wonderful couple in our neighborhood, experienced a devastating event when their home was struck by lightning earlier today. Thankfully, both of them are safe, but they have lost the comfort and security of their home. Along with their beloved pets—a bunny, four cats, and two older chihuahuas—they are now facing the challenge of being displaced and starting over.

As they navigate this difficult time, Lewis and Marissa need our support more than ever. The funds raised will help them with immediate needs such as pet care, temporary housing, replacing essential items, and providing food and toiletries while they are away from their home. Every contribution, no matter the size, will help them begin to rebuild and find stability in the weeks ahead.
