Levi is 4 1/2 and is nonverbal in terms of functional communication. Insurance will not approve an AAC device for him and the waitlist for speech services is months.

We’re trying to get him an AAC device — a tool that would help him communicate better with family, friends, and teachers. The device itself & the program is around $700 total.
