Levi Teemant is a sweet, caring and athletic 15-year-old who means so much to everyone who knows him. On Friday, May 8, Levi was involved in a terrible accident. Levi is at Primary Children's Hospital in Salt Lake in critical condition. His mom, Amy, has been by his side every moment and will continue to fight for him.

Levi required a life flight and is looking at a long road to recovery which we know will be costly as the medical bills mount. We want to ease the financial burden they will face.

What we know so far is this is a marathon and not a sprint and we want to do everything we can to support them during this unimaginable time.

Every donation will go directly toward Levi’s medical expenses, helping Amy and the family, so she can focus on being there for her son.

Please keep Levi, Amy, and his siblings Maya and Tyler in your prayers and thoughts. They have already been through a lot having lost their father and Amy’s husband Leo to cancer.
