Late Friday night, while Levi was riding his motorcycle home, he was involved in a very unfortunate accident at the intersection of 18th & Central in KCK. At this time, we still do not have a full police report, and Levi has no memory of the accident, but we do know that a pick-up truck was also involved.

Surgery on his right leg happened shortly after arriving at KU Med early Saturday morning. Today (11/10), he had hip and front pelvis surgery, and as of now, Tuesday (11/11), he will have back pelvis surgery. Hand and wrist surgery will soon follow. A list of injuries that he will need to overcome includes the following: broken collarbone, fractures in the upper back and ribs, broken right hip, broken pelvis, broken right hand, and his right leg has several breaks down to his ankle. Currently, he is still in ICU, but they plan to get him in a private room soon. Yes, he is now stable.

He has a very long road to recovery, but we are not going to let him do this alone. Please join our Hi Dive family in doing the only thing we can at this time.

11/11 Back pelvis surgery was successful! Surgeons said he is strong, but they will need to give him a few days off from surgery and they be back it Friday 11/14 for hand & wrist surgery. He is officially out of ICU.
