Hello everyone,

My name is Sofia Wheeler, and I am a close friend of Andrea Wheeler. I am reaching out on behalf of Andrea and her family during an incredibly difficult time for their son, Levi Allen.

Levi was born on February 15, 2026, and since birth he has faced serious neurological complications. He has been diagnosed with epilepsy, and doctors are currently conducting further testing due to concerns about a possible brain tumor. The family is awaiting additional results and answers regarding his condition.

Levi has spent much of his young life in and out of the hospital and is currently admitted to the pediatric unit at CAMC Women and Children’s Hospital. On Mother’s Day, he was rushed to the hospital after experiencing 16 seizures within one hour. Since his admission, medical staff have monitored approximately 32 additional seizures, bringing the total to more than 100 seizures in his short life.

Doctors have determined that the seizures are originating from the right side of his brain. He has been started on medication in an effort to control the seizures and has already undergone a spinal tap. Additional genetic testing will also be necessary as specialists continue working to determine the cause of his condition and the best course of treatment.

Andrea and her family are facing significant emotional and financial hardship as they navigate ongoing hospital stays, medical procedures, testing, and treatment expenses. Any donation, prayer, or share would be deeply appreciated and would help support the family during this challenging time.
