On Tuesday, February 3, we received the worst news imaginable: Levi has a tumor in his chest. We don’t yet know what type of cancer it is, but tests are currently being done as of today (February 7).

The past few years have been incredibly hard on him. In 2022, he went to the emergency room with severe lower back pain, was prescribed pain medication, and sent home. He was later diagnosed with scoliosis on February 12, 2025, and then spinal stenosis on August 11 of the same year.

Through all of this—while living in constant pain—he continued to fight for our family: Tommy, who’s almost 3 now (photo #5), and Delilah, who is about to turn one in May (photo #1). He pushed through nerve pain in his legs and daily, raging migraines just to provide for us. To find out that our rock—the glue that holds our home together—has cancer is a world-shattering reality we never imagined facing.

With the kids still too young for school and daycare being so expensive, I can’t provide for our family the way he did. Now, with medical bills beginning to pile up, it’s a mountain we simply can’t climb alone.

Any help you can offer—whether it’s donating, visiting Levi in the hospital, or even prayers—would mean more to us than words can say. We will gratefully accept and deeply appreciate anything given.
