Support Levi Ellsworth & Family After Devastating Accident.

We are gathering support for our beloved friend and colleague, Levi Ellsworth. On 5/27, while crossing Petaluma Blvd to get to Brewsters, Levi was tragically hit by a car.

He was rushed to Memorial Santa Rosa and is currently in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU), fighting for his recovery. The extent of his injuries is still being assessed, but current injuries include multiple facial fractures and missing teeth, two fractured shoulders, a fractured left hip, and possible knee fractures and several fractured ribs. He faces a long and challenging road ahead, including multiple surgeries and extensive rehabilitation, and is slated to have surgery on his jaw soon.

Levi is a dedicated husband to Leah and a loving father to two young children. After a cancer diagnosis last year and coming out of treatment, Levi had just returned to work. This devastating accident has not only jeopardized his health but also their financial stability. With him unable to work indefinitely, the family is facing immense stress and an uncertain future.

The funds raised through this GoFundMe will go directly to Levi and Leah to help his family cover:

Medical expenses: Beyond what insurance may cover, including specialist treatments and ongoing therapies.

Lost income: To help replace his wages and ensure his family can meet their essential needs like rent, groceries, and utilities.

Childcare costs: As his wife navigates hospital visits and takes on increased responsibilities.

Rehabilitation and recovery equipment: Anything needed to aid in his long-term recovery once he's out of the ICU.
