Hello everyone,
I'm reaching out to share a deeply personal and challenging situation that my friend Leslie is currently facing. For the past two years, her life has been profoundly impacted by medical issues, including severe PTSD with dissociative episodes, and other terrible complications. These struggles have made it difficult for her to work consistently, leading to significant financial hardship. She was unfortunately involved in two car accidents recently, because of her disassociations. Both incidents have compounded her struggle, leaving her with mounting medical bills, and vehicle wreck coverage costs on top of daily living expenses. She is currently awaiting a disability court hearing in the coming weeks, but in the meantime, she is unable to make ends meet and needs your help!
To add to the challenge, her beloved canine companion, Penny, is also in need of urgent medical care. Penny requires a thorough medical evaluation and a risky tooth extraction, which is both expensive and crucial for her well-being. This is because some of her teeth have broken and started to rot, which is leading to an infection in the jaw. Penny's health issues are weighing heavily on Leslie, as she is committed to ensuring her companions comfort and care despite the financial strain.
With this in mind, I am reaching out to ask for your help. We need to raise at least $5,000 in the coming weeks to cover immediate expenses. However, my goal is to find 60 kind-hearted individuals who can contribute $100 each to help us smash this target, and to get Leslie and Penny both back on their feet!
