Support Les’s Family After Traumatic Brain Injury

UPDATE 02/19:
Early this morning, our beloved dad, Les, met Jesus face to face. We are heartbroken beyond words, but we are holding onto the hope of His promises and the joy of knowing Les touched so many lives with his love, faith, and laughter. Even in his passing, he continues to give as an organ donor, saving lives in a way only he could.

We are so deeply grateful for every prayer, meal, flower, message, and act of kindness that has wrapped around our family. Your love and support mean more than words can express and are helping us care for our mom and lean on each other during this unimaginable time.

He fought the good fight, finished the race, and kept the faith. (2 Timothy 4:7)

Our family is walking through an unexpected and heartbreaking season. After a sudden and traumatic accident, our beloved husband, father, and grandfather is now in critical condition, fighting for his life. Nothing prepares you for a moment like this—when the person who has always been strong for everyone else is suddenly the one in need. He is a man of deep faith and steady character. The kind of man who shows up, works hard, and loves quietly but fiercely. A provider, a protector, and a constant presence for his family. His life has been marked by devotion—to God, to his wife Wendy, and to the people he loves. He has always believed in trusting the Lord, even when the road is uncertain, and right now we are clinging to that same faith.

As Wendy keeps vigil by his side, everything else has understandably come to a standstill. He has been the sole provider for their household, and with his condition so critical, the financial uncertainty ahead is heavy. This support will help cover immediate and ongoing needs during this season while the family focuses on what matters most—prayer, presence, and hope for healing. We are sharing this not out of desperation, but out of community. Many have asked how they can help, and this is one tangible way to support a family who would give the shirt off their back to others.

Any gift will help provide stability and peace of mind during this storm, allowing Wendy to remain by his side without the added weight of financial fear. More than anything, we ask for continued prayers—for healing, for strength, and for God’s presence to be felt in every moment. We trust that the same God who has carried him through his life is still at work now. Thank you for loving our family, for praying, and for standing with us.
