I recently learned that I will undergo tests to check for liver cancer. Despite these battles, I remain focused on supporting my family and maintaining hope for the future. Life has recently taken a difficult turn—I have Lupus, which has now affected my heart and liver, and there's a possibility of cancer in my liver. As a result, I need to take unpaid leave from work to focus on my health and medical treatment. As a temporary worker, my current job is ending soon, and I don't have the financial stability to cover my medical bills and living expenses during this challenging time.

Asking for help is one of the hardest things I've ever had to do. I've always been very independent and find it difficult to reach out. Mentally, this has taken a toll on me, and some days I struggle, but I have a child who depends on me.
