Hello friends, family, and supporters,

My name is Leonel Argueta-Tzun, and I am a Music Education major at Kennesaw State University’s Dr. Bobbie Bailey School of Music. I’ve been blessed to use my voice to serve God and others through sacred music.

Recently, I received an incredible opportunity: to travel to Rome, Italy, and sing during the 2025 Jubilee of Choirs, a global celebration that will gather choirs from around the world to lift their voices in praise. The central event will be the Eucharistic Celebration presided over by the Holy Father, Pope Leo XIV at St. Peter’s Square on Sunday, November 23, 2025. That same day I will also be singing at One the Papal Basilicas- St.Paul outside the walls. Choirs from every corner of the world who will be in Rome on the weekend of the Jubilee of the Choirs! How Exciting is that ! :)

For me, this is not just a trip — it’s a pilgrimage of faith, music, and community. Ever since joining the Archdiocesan Choir of Atlanta and participating in events like the Eucharistic Congress, I’ve felt called to bring people closer to God through music. Singing in Rome for the Jubilee would be a profound way to live out that calling.

However, traveling abroad for this sacred mission involves expenses for airfare, lodging, meals, transportation, and music materials. I’m asking for your help to make this dream possible.
