Help Leo Sanchez Heal After Tragic Accident

Leo’s still in the hospital battling through his difficult recovery. Please continue to pray for him and his loved ones as we anxiously await his return to normal life.

My name is CC, and I represent parents and friends in the Bulldog community. We are raising funds to aid in Leobardo “Pucho” Sanchez’s medical and emotional recovery.

On Friday, August 9th, Leo was hit by a truck while riding his bike home on 1044 in New Braunfels. He was airlifted to University Hospital in San Antonio, where he remains, with life threatening injuries. He sustained head trauma, a broken arm, broken pelvis, broken facial bones, and a punctured lung among other injuries.

We are coming together as a community to support Leo and his family in any and all ways as he has a long road of healing ahead of him. This includes medical expenses, transportation and meal expenses for his family as they will be spending most of their time at the hospital, and any other costs aiding in Leo’s well-being.

Leo is an incoming freshman at Marion High School. He plays football, basketball, and runs track. He is happy-go-lucky, fiercely independent, mischievous, an amazing friend, and always up for some fun. He has personally been my son’s best friend since we moved to Marion right before they started kindergarten at Marion ISD.
