Support Leo & Frank's Recovery Journey

Hello, my name is Ynel Tabares, and I am fundraising for my neighbors, Leonardo (Leo) and Frank (Punch) Oyervides. Those of you who know them can describe them as very hardworking men, loving fathers, loving sons, and loving friends.

On Sunday, April 6th, around 3 in the morning, they were involved in a serious accident. We are thankful to God that they are both alive and here with us. Frank has sustained several serious injuries, including a punctured lung from broken ribs, a broken wrist and clavicle, and the loss of his left leg above the knee. He had been in a coma until this past Thursday when he finally woke up, thanks to God. Leo has had a long journey as well. Leo has undergone several surgeries trying to reconstruct his left leg and left arm. There’s a possibility he might lose two fingers. We are extremely blessed to still have these loving brothers with us today and know they have a long road ahead to recovery. Everyone has been so caring and supportive during this difficult time, which we greatly appreciate.
