So, I was trying not to use this so much anymore. But, things have taken a turn for the worse. My surgeon had x-rays done on my lower back and they showed that two discs are almost completely gone and three others are close. So, I won't be cleared for work for the foreseeable future. I've only posted this from the beginning out of desperation and have only become more desperate. If you are able to help my appreciation would know no bounds.
