Our dad, Lenny, has been bravely battling stage 3B Hodgkin’s Lymphoma. After intense chemotherapy for the better part of 2023, we were hopeful that the cancer was behind us. Unfortunately, we learned that his lymphoma recurred in early 2024.

The doctors recommended a stem cell transplant as the best course of action to combat it. We’re very hopeful his transplant will successfully treat his cancer, but it comes with significant financial burdens. The costs associated with the transplant, post-operative care, and ongoing treatments are overwhelming and ones he can’t bear alone. Our dad isn’t one to ask for help though and has been working as much as possible, even throughout his aggressive chemotherapy regimen last year. However, during and after his transplant, he’ll be left severely immunocompromised and unable to work for an extended period of time.

We’ve set up this GoFundMe on his behalf to raise funds to cover:

-Hospital stay and post-operative

-Medications and follow-up treatments

-Travel expenses to and from the treatment center

-Any additional unforeseen medical costs

-Living expenses post transplant
