Support Lena's Healing with a New Friend

Hello my name is Melissa. If you know me, you are very familiar with my love for animals. If you dont know me, just looking at my page will give it away. The love and empathy I feel for animals is such a gift but also so difficult at times.

Nine years ago I walked into a petco and fell in love with my ferret Finley. (I call him my soul ferret.) For the last year he's been slowing down considerably. His companion Lena had a hard time not playing with him like she used to. This morning I went to let them out of their cage and discovered that my soul ferret had passed away in his sleep. To say I'm devastated would be an understatement. I'm more worried about Lena though. She has such an attachment to Finley that I'm afraid she will get depressed and stop eating and drinking. This can be very serious with ferrets.

I want to get a companion for Lena. Currently this is very difficult for me financially. I'm hoping to raise enough through this go fund me to get Lena a companion.

If you can donate ANYTHING would help me get closer to what I need to get a ferret. I cant even say it would be for me, it's for Lena. My heart will never stop missing Finley.
