My mother, Leigh James, was in a car accident yesterday that left her without a car. While we are thankful there was nothing serious, just some bumps and bruises, her car was left totaled and NOT repairable.

My mother has been a hard worker my whole life, not letting anything stop her, not even her battle with liver cancer. However, this vehicle wasn't just her means of transportation to doctor's appointments and her grandkids' ball games but also for work as she makes deliveries for Spark as supplemental income along with her fixed disability. She was just making ends meet as they were, especially with the holidays around the corner, but now she is left with no way to do so as each day goes by.
