Support Leif's Philmont Scout Adventure

Dear Friends and Family,

As a lifelong Boy Scout, I have been inspired by the values and lessons instilled in me since childhood. My grandfather, a dedicated Scout leader, fostered my passion for the outdoors and instilled a deep sense of service and perseverance. One of his greatest adventures was attending Philmont Scout Ranch, a place he described as a coming-of-age, transformative experience not just for him, but for generations of Scouts. A backcountry adventure and training center experience at 6,500 to 12,441 ft. that inspires a leadership opportunity and delivery of the finest scouting possible. This year, I have the incredible opportunity to continue this legacy at Philmont, but I am struggling to find the financial means to make it happen. The lessons I could learn and the experiences I could share there would be invaluable, and I deeply believe it’s an essential step in my journey as a young man and Scout in honoring my grandfather’s legacy.

I am reaching out to you for help in making this dream come true. The costs associated with travel, gear, and the camp itself add up quickly, and your support could make a significant difference.
