Aloha Friends & Family,

To be honest, I was going to let my stubbornness get in the way of creating this Gofundme for my beloved Lehua. I’ll happily receive kind words + prayers, as I navigate her medical expenses & plan for the next best steps. If you’re able to provide financial support, that’s amazing too and I'm eternally grateful regardless.

I’m a dog mom, and her well-being means absolutely everything to me. She’s recently received an ultrasound, that shows how amazingly healthy she is after just turning 7 in April. However, vets have located a 3cm mass on her small intestine. Just getting to this point, should feel like a breath of fresh air - but, I am looking at what the next recommended steps are. She’s been recommended for surgery on O’ahu with a specialist to remove the mass as they don’t believe it’s metastasized & would allow for a therapeutic recovery.

Of course, I want more time with her & I want to give her a fighting chance. She’s truly a love bug, a very big piece of my heart, and been one of the most important pillars of my 20’s.

Dogs really don’t ask for anything, and love us with everything.
