A group of Franklin, Massachusetts residents and abutters is raising funds to support a legal appeal of a recently approved Chapter 40B Comprehensive Permit related to the proposed development at 444 East Central Street, Franklin, MA.
Due to the complexity of Massachusetts zoning and affordable housing law, retaining experienced land-use counsel is necessary to evaluate the administrative record and file a timely appeal.
All funds raised through this campaign will be paid directly to the IOLTA client trust account of Mark J. Lanza, Attorney at Law and used solely for legal fees and costs associated with this appeal, including:
• Attorney fees
• Court filing fees
• Preparation of the administrative record
• Transcripts and related expenses
The organizer will not have access to or control over the funds. Any unused funds will remain in the attorney’s trust account and will be handled in accordance with Massachusetts Rules of Professional Conduct.
We appreciate any support, including sharing this page.
