Starting over alone after almost two decades with someone is hard. Bills to pay, holidays, unexpected expenses—it all adds up quickly. In my work, I’m a 1099 contract employee, which means if I don’t see clients, I don’t get paid. Since the holidays, my hours have not increased back to what they were last fall, and that’s partly due to new BCBS requirements for providers. Those requirements affected half my caseload, which affected my pocketbook. I’m struggling to make ends meet.
Creating this GoFundMe is humbling. I hate asking for help, but my mom and my brother have helped all they can. If you know me, you likely know my inner circle and/or my ex. Please don’t share this with them. If you can help, thank you; if you can’t, I understand that, too. Thank you for your prayers.
These funds will help me with rent, car payment, car insurance, and utilities while I work to rebuild my stability. Your support means more than I can say, and I am deeply grateful for any help or prayers you can offer.
